I first came to yoga to soothe a tired, sore body after gruelling rehearsal and performance schedules. The benefits for my busy mind were quickly realised and it is a practice that anchored me during a decade of working and touring as a professional dancer.
I teach compassionate, accessible and thoughtful yoga classes, focussing equally on the physical and mental benefits. With a deep connection to the breath and focus on alignment, my classes encourage you to explore your body and to learn to move with awareness, kindness and confidence.
