I have spent the best part of 27 years working with my body, but I’ve only really begun to learn to listen to it in the last few years. I danced professionally for nearly a decade, and in amongst performing began to attend yoga classes wherever in the world I was.
Yoga and the tools I’ve learned have been invaluable stepping stones towards living with more awareness, self-compassion and joy, and it is these very tools that I hope to share with you.
My teaching encourages you to move with awareness, kindness, and curiosity, by blending movement, breath and mindfulness. Creating a space for you to come back to yourself.
