About Jamie.

I first came to yoga to soothe a tired and sore body whilst working as a professional dancer.

What I quickly found was a space where my brain quietened and I felt more like me, like a tightly wound thread of tension had loosened and I could breathe a little deeper and think a little clearer.

Yoga and the tools I’ve learned have been invaluable stepping stones towards living with more awareness and self-compassion and it is these very tools that I hope to share with you.

My teaching encourages you to move with awareness, kindness, and curiosity, by blending movement, breath, and mindfulness. Creating a space for you to come back to yourself.
